We will select and match you with one of our expert coaches based on your needs and goals. Finding the right coach is important and as part of our commitment to this we hold a short ‘chemistry meeting’ between the leader and the coach before you commit to the relationship.

RELATIONSHIP

Start to establish a relationship with your coach. This will include a kick off and alignment meeting that consists of things such as assessments & feedback, establishing confidentiality & working arrangements, and outlining specific goals and objectives, as well as agreed success indicators.

COACHING

The coach works one-on-one in a coaching engagement. Your coach will meet with you for regular sessions every 1 to 4 weeks (depending on your program). In these sessions you will look to explore challenges with your coach and engage in feedback, guidance, and support to help you develop new insights, behaviors, and strategies.

REVIEWS

Between each coaching session as a coachee it is important that you experiment with new approaches and behaviors that you have explored in your session. Apply, Reflect, Build New Habits and Repeat. Then debrief and build on it in the next session with your coach. We have check in sessions to make sure we stay aligned with key stakeholders on your progress.

At the end of the coaching engagement together with your coach you will review your progress against your initial goals and celebrate your progress and success. There will also be a ROI assessment that will summarize the outcomes and the organizational impact.
